Hello! We are an enterprise that integrates the research and development, production, sales, installation, and service of non-standard equipment
Forms and characteristics of assembly line production
According to the movement mode of the production object: fixed flow line and moving assembly line
Fixed assembly line: refers to the production of objects with fixed positions, and production workers carrying tools moving along the sequentially arranged production objects Mainly used for the production of large products that are inconvenient to transport, such as the assembly of heavy machinery, aircraft, ships, etc.
Mobile assembly line: a production line where objects are moved and workers, equipment, and tools are fixed in position. This is a common way of organizing assembly lines.
2. According to the number of production objects: single variety assembly line and multi variety assembly line
Single variety assembly line: also known as constant assembly line, refers to the fixed production of only one type of product on the assembly line. Require a sufficient quantity of products to ensure that the equipment on the assembly line has sufficient load
Multi variety production line: Organize two or more products with similar structures and processes into one assembly line for production.
3. Rotation methods by product: variable assembly line, group assembly line, and mixed assembly line
Variable assembly line: Concentrate and rotate the production of several objects fixed on the assembly line. After the batch manufacturing task of a certain product is completed, adjust the equipment and process equipment accordingly, and then start the production of another product.
Group assembly line: Several products fixed on the assembly line are not produced in batches, but are produced simultaneously or sequentially within a certain period of time, and there is basically no need to readjust equipment and process equipment when changing varieties.
Mixed assembly line: It is the production of multiple varieties simultaneously on the assembly line, with each variety evenly mixed and flowing, and the organization being phased and put into operation. Generally used for assembly stage production.
4. According to the degree of continuity: continuous assembly line and intermittent assembly line
Continuous assembly line: Products are produced continuously from input to output between processes without waiting or interruption time.
Intermittent assembly line: Due to the unequal or non integer multiple relationship of labor in each process, the production object may experience waiting and stopping between processes, and the production process is not completely continuous.
5. Rhythmic degree: forced rhythm production line, free rhythm production line, and rough rhythm production line
Forced rhythm assembly line: requires accurate production of products according to the rhythm
Free beat assembly line: It is not strictly required to produce products according to the beat, but it is required that the productivity of the workplace within the specified time interval should meet the beat requirements
Rough cycle assembly line: The processing time and cycle of each process vary greatly. In order to fully utilize human and material resources, the assembly line is only required to produce an equal amount of products every reasonable time interval, and each process is not produced according to the cycle.
